Lumbar decompression operation

In the video opposite, Dr. Truffer performs a lumbar decompression operation on a relatively elderly patient and briefly explains what the procedure consists of, which is done in day surgery mode.

“These patients, who have numbness and pain in their legs without doing anything, right after the operation often already see a difference, and they can go home…”

Carpal tunnel surgery by endoscopy

Dr Truffer tells us about the difference between the so-called “open” technique for carpal tunnel surgery and the endoscopy technique, much less invasive, which does not require cutting the hand muscles and which therefore significantly reduces recovery time for the patient.
