Telemedicine in the Lacroix network

24/7 access to a doctor by video or phone

There are things in life that we cannot control, like when and where illness can affect us. Get the medical care, prescriptions and advice you need, when you need it, with 24/7 Lacroix telemedicine. At any time, you can have a remote consultation with one of our doctors, which can be done by phone or by video conference depending on the reason for the consultation and your personal preference. Be assured that our telemedicine services offer the same level of discretion and security that you would have in person at one of our private clinics.

Lacroix 24/7 Telemedicine: How Does it Works?

To get started, you must contact our customer service team by phone (1 855 841-1911) to obtain an appointment. This call can be made at any time of the day and night, in other words when you identify your need. Afterwards, the steps vary depending on the type of telemedicine you will get: teleconsultation or visioconsultation.

If your consultation is by phone, one of our secretaries will contact you at the scheduled time of your appointment to put you in touch with the doctor.

If your consultation is video, an e-mail will be sent to you with a web link through which you would be able to connect to the virtual room of your appointment. You will need to log in 15 minutes in advance from a device (tablet, cell phone or computer) that has a working camera. To maximize your consultation time with the doctor, we strongly recommend that you prepare in advance all relevant documents (photos, prescriptions, etc.). At the scheduled time, the doctor will also connect to the virtual room and start the video consultation.
