Cardiology
The heart is the central organ of the circulatory system. Cardiology, on the other hand, is the branch of medicine that deals with conditions affecting it, and more generally the circulatory system. To this end, the cardiologist is therefore authorized to diagnose and take charge of a large number of diseases: diseases of the coronaries and vessels, of the heart muscle, of the heart valves, of the heart rate, etc.

PRIVATE LABORATORY ANALYSIS
The network of clinics of the Lacroix Medical Group works with several private laboratories for the analysis of specimens in order to allow companies or individuals to obtain results within 48 working hours of the sample.

Dr. Bruno Benzaquen, cardiologist

Dr. Benzaquen a complété sa formation en cardiologie et en échocardiographie à l’Université McGill et son Fellowship en Rhythm Device à l’Université de Montréal. Il est Professeur Adjoint aux facultés de Médecine de l’Université McGill et de l’Université de Montréal. Dr. Benzaquen exerce à l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosement ainsi qu’à l’Hôpital Général Juif de Montréal. Il est impliqué dans plusieurs projets de recherche Clinique en imagerie cardiovasculaire et instruments cardiaques. Dr. Benzaquen s’intéresse également à l’identification précoce de la maladie cardiovasculaire par imagerie échographique.
